TEAM LEADER HINTS 1. Don't wait to give feedback; when you see it, say it. 2. Poor feedback = Keep it private, Keep it personal 3. Focus on those you can inspire 4. Take intelligent risk 2 points for right answer, 1 point for wrong answer, NO POINTS for No answer 5. Encourage people to give feedback directly to coworkers 6. Criteria for reinforcement: S - SINCERE S - SPECIFIC I - IMMEDIATE P - PERSONAL 7. "Don't underestimate value of telling somebody you appreciate what they do." Sam Walton 8. Celebrate accomplishment 9. 2 minute challenge: i. State what you observe ii. Wait for a response iii. Remind of goal iv. Ask specific action which will happen v. Agree together 10. Constructive conflict is good; If there is no conflict, there is something to challenge 14. Collaborative is better than Compromise, Cooperative, Passive 15. Questions to ask: What is the issue?
